It was a long process. The first interview was in mid-February. I had 4 more interviews, a specific test for the position, and a Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) skills test. The offer came in mid to late April.

Recruiter reached out and we had a good chat. They were nice and set me up with a role. The first chat was just to get to know each other. Then I spoke with the hiring manager, and it felt like a good back and forth, like a conversation. The last interview was with the client I'd be working with. It was a video call and they asked me some standard stuff. It was all really positive. They gave a good offer, and we negotiated a bit before settling on the final deal, which is pretty common here. After I accepted, I had 2 days for paperwork and then 3 days to do a drug test at Lab Corp. Pretty standard.

There were 5 interviews in total with different people, including a PowerPoint presentation and a mock meeting. They also administered a computer skills exam and a Windows/Outlook exam. The first interview was cancelled 10 minutes after it was supposed to start. They also had issues with one of the exams and had to cancel it, but then called back 30 minutes later to say they were ready to do it. After the lengthy interview gauntlet and taking multiple days off work, I never received any follow up about the job offer. I followed up with the recruiter, but she ghosted me. It was the most unprofessional process and spoke volumes about their company and culture.
