Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Syneos Health.
Project Specialist
The process takes about two weeks, starting with a recorded digital interview in English, followed by an interview with HR in Spanish, and concluding with an interview with management from your area in English.
- What project management tools have you used?
- How do you handle working under pressure?
- Describe your experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Specialist
I applied online and the recruiter did a phone screen. The recruiter was slow to respond and scheduled the interview super last minute. Then, two hours before the interview, they told me the job was already taken. It was unprofessional and a waste of my time, showing a lack of communication between the client and HR.
- What are your salary expectations?
Project Specialist
You begin with a 30-minute interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on your experience. If that goes well, you'll meet with the managers. They'll want you to introduce yourself, discuss your experience, how you qualify for the role, and ask behavioral questions. Afterwards, you'll chat with someone currently in the position to learn more. The whole process is pretty laid-back, quick, and goes smoothly.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a situation where you managed your emotions at work.
- Can you share an instance where a client had an unusual request?
