It was a really nice and chill interview. If you have a good vibe, the manager will like your energetic and bubbly personality. Being enthusiastic is a must. The manager can be a bit strict, but if you genuinely connect with her, you'll get the job. Be proactive and remember to bring your resume.

It wasn't a very long interview, only about 30 minutes. I met with the manager one-on-one and she asked me some basic questions. Then we did a role play in the store a couple of times to see how I'd handle customers. I felt good about it then, but it took about 1.5 to 2 weeks to hear back that I got the job. It was a few years ago so it might be different now, but the hiring process was simple for me.

I applied online and it took about two weeks to get an email about setting up an interview. We went back and forth a bit and scheduled a meeting via a calendar invite. I met with the hiring person who seemed interested and said she needed to talk to her district manager to set up a second interview, which would be about a week later. She also mentioned the next interview would focus more on business questions. A week went by and nothing. I sent a follow-up, and got an automatic out-of-office reply. Then, still nothing. I figured she was on vacation and catching up. Then, nothing again. I sent a second follow-up, and still nothing. It's so unprofessional to be ignored like that.

It was a really quick individual interview, lasted about 10 minutes. They asked some basic customer service questions and some personal ones like how I'd deal with a tough customer, to tell them about myself, and what my favorite brand is.
