The interview process was very standard. There were no unusual or unexpected questions. It was a pleasant experience focused on getting to know me. I went through two interviews, and the questions asked were typical for a sales role. I received positive feedback and heard back promptly.

This was the craziest interview I've ever been to, but it was well-organized and had an energetic vibe. We all went into a big conference room with loud music playing, which was a shock. The managers, wearing sunglasses, were all dancing. We were seated at different group tables. First, we did an icebreaker where we chatted with the person next to us, and then we had to introduce that person. After that, our table groups had to create a short skit to advertise their glasses. There were breaks with talks about their goals and job roles, and we watched videos of commercials and their charity work. The actual interview happened at the end, where managers spoke with candidates, seemingly starting with those who seemed most promising.

The interview took place in a function room downtown. About 65 people were waiting to check in. After about 15-20 minutes, we were all invited into the room, with staff clapping and cheering, which helped ease the nerves. We watched some videos and saw photos about the brand and its mission, and answered some quiz questions, like "Where was Luxottica founded?". The first activity involved introducing the person next to you and sharing a fun fact about them with the group. Next, we split into table groups to create and practice a quick, funny 30-second ad for one of the glasses brands they sell, using provided props. The final part was the individual interviews, which took a while since they interviewed everyone.
