I applied online and it took about two weeks to get an email about setting up an interview. We went back and forth a bit and scheduled a meeting via a calendar invite. I met with the hiring person who seemed interested and said she needed to talk to her district manager to set up a second interview, which would be about a week later. She also mentioned the next interview would focus more on business questions. A week went by and nothing. I sent a follow-up, and got an automatic out-of-office reply. Then, still nothing. I figured she was on vacation and catching up. Then, nothing again. I sent a second follow-up, and still nothing. It's so unprofessional to be ignored like that.

The interview process was very professional, feeling more like a chat than a formal interview. I met with the Regional Trainer and Regional Manager. It was a really comfortable setting, and I felt I could be myself and even crack a few jokes. They seemed genuinely invested in me getting the job. We even chatted for a good while about non-work stuff like movies and music. Overall, a really pleasant experience!
