I found this job opening on my school's career portal and sent my resume. A few days later, I got an email to set up a phone interview. It was really quick, like 5 minutes. I think they do this to get a feel for your personality. During the phone interview, they told me to apply officially and to do an online assessment, which were both pretty easy. Then, the next week, I had an interview with the talent director. I also interviewed with another person, even though we were applying for different roles. She asked really simple, chill questions and encouraged us to ask questions. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. A couple hours after, she called to say I got the job. The entire process was super easy and laid back; the recruiters were really nice and casual, which I liked.

I had one in-person interview with the manager, which was mainly behavioral questions. Then, I had a second interview with the regional manager, and they asked similar types of questions. Overall, it was pretty easy. They want to see if I can sell sunglasses and if I can handle negative customer experiences maturely.

It was easy, they just asked basic questions to see if I'm detail oriented and can handle pressure in a fast paced place. They asked how-to questions like how to make a PB&J, how to deal with mad customers, and what I'd do if a penguin walked into the store.
