Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite pleasant and low-pressure, featuring professional and transparent conversations. It started with an initial phone call to gauge my interest and schedule the main interview. The interview itself was conducted with both an HR representative and a specialist in my field. Following that, I was promptly presented with a proposal, making the entire process very direct and well-organized.

Behavioral Other

I went through a hiring process and got to the second stage with the HR manager. The interview started late, which can happen, but when we finally connected, the call quality was really bad, with an unstable connection and a noisy environment. The interview itself was confusing, with disconnected questions and poor structure, which made the experience negative and unprofessional. There wasn't much clarity about the role, and they didn't seem well-prepared to lead the conversation. I think the process could be more organized, especially considering how important the candidate experience is.

Behavioral Technical

The process was overall good and well organized, I got asked relevant questions related to my future role as a Trainer. I was afraid that this could be too difficult for me and it actually was in the beginning, especially dealing with challenging team leaders and toxic co-workers, which fortunately left the company after a period of time. This was a little bit sad during the interview, but I wanted to experience something new and gain more skills.

I want to share my experience with Stefanini's selection process, as it was the best interview I've ever had. From the start, the recruiter Débora was very welcoming. She explained everything about the company and the opportunity so clearly that the conversation was light and enjoyable — time flew by. I received feedback the same day that I was moving to the next phase, which made me even more excited. I had some unforeseen issues when accepting the job, but Débora was incredibly patient. She shared some of her own story, gave me caring advice, and provided reassurance that made a big difference. Today, I feel happy and confident being part of the team. It was a special journey from the beginning, and I'm very grateful for it.
