I applied through Glassdoor's simplified application, and on the same day, an online interview was scheduled for 3 days later at 9 AM. I cleared my schedule, researched the company's values, and waited for the interview link. After waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time, I emailed HR. Within 10 minutes, I received an email stating the interview was canceled. I told the HR employee she should have informed me earlier about the sudden cancellation. She replied that I should be flexible, not the company, as they look for people adaptable to abrupt changes. Essentially, I was blamed for being punctual, notifying them I was online, and providing feedback to an HR employee about her disorganization.

The interview process was quite long. I had two HR interviews first, then a written test that covered Excel and Power Point. There was also a personality test and an English test. About three weeks later, I interviewed with the hiring manager, and then three more weeks after that, I received my final answer.

The selection process at Petrobrás starts with you receiving a paper with some questions about yourself, your professional experience, your Excel and Word skills, SAP knowledge, your strengths and weaknesses. Then you get another paper with a personality test. After finishing, there's an individual interview with the managers.
