A empresa tem muito potencial e me interessou bastante no início. Contudo, o RH se mostrou desorganizado e desumanizado, sem cuidado com os candidatos. A entrevista em grupo foi ok, com recrutadoras tentando acalmar os participantes. Depois disso, o descaso foi total. Recebi um retorno positivo e fui orientada a enviar a documentação, o que fiz. A partir daí, nunca mais tive resposta, e minhas mensagens foram ignoradas. Se a reprovação fosse após a entrevista, seria normal, mas após enviar a documentação é desrespeitoso. Meus documentos estavam corretos e a idade era compatível, mas fui deixada sem resposta por mais de um mês e meio, com ansiedade e esperança. O RH que ignora feedbacks básicos não deveria estar nessa posição. Um simples retorno, mesmo negativo, faria diferença. A empresa diz se preocupar com pessoas, mas o RH não demonstra isso.
