Project Manager
This was one of the strangest interviews I've ever had. The interviewer didn't say anything about the role or the company. After I finished introducing myself, he said that even if he wanted to, the client wouldn't approve me. And that, in fact, they probably wouldn't hire someone external anyway, preferring an internal promotion.
- Tell me about yourself.
Project Manager
- Could you share your experiences?
- Tell me about situational cases.
- What are your thoughts on general processes?
Project Manager
The interview process was quite efficient and quick. It involved about 3-4 stages in total, covering technical, managerial, and HR aspects. The focus was heavily on domain knowledge and prior experience. Having a domain-specific certification seems to be beneficial here. Due to the pandemic, all interviews were conducted remotely via phone calls.
- Can you share your experience pertaining to the domain?
- What aspects of your experience are relevant to this role?
- How does your experience align with the project management domain?
