Took a few weeks to get scheduled for the interview, but they gave me options for the date and time. The interview was on Teams with three people. They emailed the questions 30 minutes before, which was helpful but not enough time to really prepare for everything. It felt like there were a lot of questions. The interviewers were hard to read. One asked where I moved from when I asked about being a good fit. I suspect being new to the area might have hurt my chances, but they likely had other good candidates too. Honestly, I'm not sure. I probably wouldn't apply for this job or with this county again.

I got to the interview 30 minutes early and hung out in the lobby to observe the company culture. The interview itself was with a panel of four people who didn't seem very welcoming. It felt unprofessional, like they already had someone else in mind.
