I got a call for an interview about a month after applying online. An HR person met me and took me to a room. There, I had to write a memo to my boss about a case scenario they gave me on paper. Following that, I had my interview with a panel of 3 hiring managers who asked me STAR behavioral questions. I remember they asked about 8-10 STAR questions and 3-5 regular interview questions. The interviewers were really nice and considerate.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a supervisor?
  • Tell me about a time you faced a moral conflict at work and how you dealt with it.
  • Write a memo to your boss about the given case scenario.

I applied way back in April 2017, but didn't hear anything until October when I finally got a phone interview. About a week after that, they let me know I passed the phone stage. Then, it was another 3-4 weeks until my written exam and panel interview. To even get to the panel interview, I had to pass this written exam, which was basically a pass/fail based on a scenario they gave me. The panel interview itself had two interviewers, and it was pretty standard. I mostly talked about my past job experiences. Three weeks after that, I got an email saying I passed. That's when they started the background check and checking my references. Once all that was done, I was put in the hiring pool. Within two weeks of that, I got the call with the job offer.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you share some examples of your experience in dealing with various customer service situations?
  • What strategies do you employ when faced with a difficult customer interaction?
  • Provide an instance where you exceeded expectations to assist a customer.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and heard back via email a month later to set up an interview. I went in and waited in the lobby, then someone took me and another candidate upstairs to separate cubicles for a computer-based writing assessment. We had 15 minutes to read case note findings from a home inspection and answer two questions in a narrative format. They also copied my driver's license. Afterward, we went to another room for an interview with two friendly ladies.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The questions were mostly behavioral, asking about past experiences. There were also a couple of questions about your motivation for the job and your suitability for it. The bulk of the questions followed the 'tell me about a time when...' format.
  • The interview itself was fine, though I wish I had a bit more time to improve my writing on the assessment.
  • I posted this about a week after my interview, so I haven't heard back yet.
