It was good, they wanted mostly students who have pursued expertise that was not within my field (especially, questions regarding HVDC and protection circuits). And other things were asked from my resume itself, they also asked me some policies. The interview had a total of 2 rounds (TR and HR), first was technical where I was rejected.

The interview process felt unprofessionally handled, with significant delays in communication. The HR representative asked quite a few personal questions and didn't seem very welcoming overall. I really didn't like the interview experience. It took about 4 months from start to finish, and they were very resistant to any negotiation, seeing it negatively.

So I applied for this role, and man, the communication was basically non-existent, and the whole thing took forever. Honestly, I wish I knew this beforehand. A recruiter hit me up in July 2024 about a position. After a quick 20-minute chat where I apparently ticked all their boxes, they told me to apply online. I did that on July 17th, thinking it would be pretty straightforward. The timeline was wild: Applied July 17th. Got a call around Sept 2nd (like 45 days later!) to set up an interview for Sept 5th. Then, same day, they moved it to Sept 22nd (another 20 days). Sept 22nd, moved again to Sept 23rd. Finally had the interview on Sept 23rd, and I felt it went pretty well. They were cool, even gave me some pointers. Then, crickets until late November (almost 2 months later) when I got an email saying the job was pulled. I even tried reaching out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn, but got zero response. Basically, it took almost 5 months from the first contact to get rejected, with constant rescheduling and no updates on where things stood. I get that stuff happens, but this level of chaos and not respecting people's time is kinda rough.
