The final interview was on the same day as the activity, so I'll talk about both. The selection process was managed by 99jobs, not the company's HR team. The team is good, but I felt a bit rushed during the stages, like they were racing against the clock. The explanation for the activity was given quickly, and I think anyone who hasn't done one before must have felt lost. For the activity, they sent study material by email beforehand, which helps a lot. Those who prepared well probably did the activities with more confidence. The activity involved presenting a solution to a sustainability-related problem in 40 minutes, and each group of five people had only three minutes to present. In my group, everyone was from the same course, and we chose three people to present, with each person having one minute. I noticed that those who volunteered to present moved on to the next phase. A tip: during the activity, pay attention to everything being discussed as if you were going to present. Understand the discussion flow and volunteer to speak! After the presentations, we watched all the groups' presentations, which can cause some anxiety. Then, we had one and a half minutes to introduce ourselves individually to the team, mentioning what we hope to develop in the internship program, a personal skill to improve, and a project we're proud of.

It might seem tough, but if you have the right attitude and feel confident, it's totally doable and will be worth it.

99jobs organized the whole thing, and the person in charge presented everything very calmly, making us feel comfortable. It was remote, with about 15 candidates and 4 managers from the company, plus Leonardo from 99. First, the companies were introduced, then there was a break, and after that, the activity started. The challenge was to propose an innovation strategy with renewable energy, presented using the PM Canvas format (we were asked to study the PM Canvas and 2 related articles beforehand). We were divided into 2 groups, given 15 minutes to decide on the strategy, and then another 20 minutes to prepare the presentation. Our groups presented, and then we were asked for individual presentations where we had to state our personal purpose and what experience we had to help achieve it. The individual presentations were done in alphabetical order. After that, the managers met separately, and we waited about 15 minutes to find out if we were moving on to the interview stage or not. I didn't pass the process. Basically, those who passed were the ones who effectively presented the project to others. I had positive interaction with the team and helped with the project development, but I think what mattered most for this position was the presentation itself (it was noticeable that everyone whose names were called had participated in the presentation). It's an experience for me and for you all, even if public speaking is challenging, try to say something during the final presentation, it will be easier to be noticed :)
