There were two rounds to assess your functional knowledge and how deep it goes. You spoke with senior leaders, directors, and the HR TA team. They were interested in your past experiences, challenges you've overcome, and your contributions, especially regarding your most recent projects.

Behavioral Technical

After a quick phone screening, I interviewed with the hiring team, which consisted of about 7 people. Things were very efficient once the process started. They addressed all the typical questions at once, like 'why are you in the market?' and 'tell us about yourself,' and then the individuals were able to ask specific questions, and the whole group could hear the answers.

Behavioral Technical

Applied through Siemens Energy’s job portal. First was an HR screening, then a 30-min call with a recruiter. After that, a panel interview with the hiring team (director and three senior managers), mostly focused on my experience and how I could contribute. A few days later, I had to provide references online, needing three people, including my current or previous manager. My referees confirmed they filled out the 40+ detailed questions. After references were submitted, I heard nothing back. I followed up via email multiple times but was ghosted. Very disappointing lack of communication post-interview.
