Right after applying, I was sent a TestGorilla language assessment. I had 48 hours to get started on it. The test covered computer skills, English C2 level, and also stuff specific to LQA like Idioms, Grammar, and Spelling. A cool thing was that I could cover or even turn off the webcam. But, the time limits were super tight for how hard the questions were, and I had to do this technical assessment without knowing anything about the salary or the offer. Just a heads up, you need at least 70% in each part to move on.

So I had this French multiple choice test, but they didn't give enough time, it was supposed to be C1 level French but some questions were C2 and used old French. Plus, there were grammar mistakes and I couldn't see what I got wrong or get any feedback, just the score. It feels like they don't actually want anyone for this job.

Behavioral Technical Case

My interview process with PTW was genuinely one of the most positive experiences I’ve had. It all started with an initial microsoft teams call where I spoke with a recruiter who was not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. She made sure to ask about my background and experience, but what really stood out was how interested she was in understanding my motivations and what excited me about the role. This made me feel like I was more than just another candidate. After the initial screening, I was invited to a virtual interview with two team members. This stage felt less like an interrogation and more like a conversation. The interviewers were not only focused on my technical skills but also seemed keen on getting to know me as a person—my working style, my values, and how I might fit into the team. I appreciated how they balanced the professional with the personal, making the whole experience feel very human. One thing I particularly valued was the clear communication throughout the process. There was never a moment where I felt left in the dark; I always knew what the next steps were and when I could expect to hear back. Overall, the process was thorough but not overwhelming, and I walked away with a strong sense of what it would be like to work at PTW. The combination of professionalism and genuine warmth from the team made a lasting impression on me.

Behavioral

So I applied and a recruiter got in touch pretty fast. We had a good initial call where they asked a bunch of behavioral questions. It seemed promising and they said I'd hear back in about a week after they talked to the hiring manager. But then... nothing. I waited and even followed up, but the recruiter just went silent. It was really disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted like that, especially after a good start. Honestly, they should at least update candidates, even with bad news.

  • Describe how you would address a situation where you observed employee misconduct.
