You attend walk-in interviews that happen monthly. Drop your resume and get screened with other candidates. If selected, you move to an aptitude test. After that, there's an English proficiency test covering reading, writing, and speaking. The next stage is a technical round with the team you'd be joining. If you pass that, you'll have an HR round. They'll train you on bug writing policies for a week, and if you pass the test, you'll be hired as a contract employee.

Honestly, I feel like I was tricked into putting so much of my time and even my health into this company. The whole thing feels like a scam. They make you spend long hours in interviews, and sometimes the interviewers themselves have to wait in line for ages, only to get rejected in the end. Sometimes, the selection is just based on who someone already knows inside, or you get offered a salary that's way lower than it should be.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Took a written test for about 1.5 hours, mostly about game projects.
  • The in-person interview had questions that were more theoretical.
  • The questions weren't technical enough to make it a good experience.

Started with resume sharing, then a telephonic round where they mainly checked communication skills. After that, there was an aptitude test and a face-to-face interview. The interview heavily focused on communication, pro-activeness, and willingness to learn new things, making up about 70% of the evaluation. This was followed by weekly training and a final assessment.
