I did a test that took several hours and involved various documents. They got back to me with the results and feedback. Some parts of their feedback didn't totally match what I did in the document, which was a little strange, but they were generally polite and responsive. No issues.

They contacted me the day after I applied and wanted to interview me as soon as possible, which ended up being the very next day. I went in the day after that, and they seemed really eager to hire people. I was met in the lobby and escorted to the floor where PTWE was located, but then led into a very small room just inside the company entrance. They were extremely secretive; I get the need for NDAs, but their behavior felt a bit immature, like they were trying to seem more important than they actually were. The interview itself was unremarkable; it started with 'walk me through your CV' and then they explained how the translation department operates... which is pretty standard. There was also a test, not difficult, but it was challenging without a dictionary or internet access. I'm not sure why they wouldn't want to assess research skills? One last thing to note is the loud pop radio playing just outside the small room I was in, so if you have trouble concentrating with bad music, bring earplugs.

The interview process was straightforward, involving just two interviews: one with the recruiter and another with the hiring team. The challenging aspect was the prolonged wait for the test results, which took several weeks. However, the recruiter provided consistent updates about the process, including the status of the test results, which was appreciated as it helped manage the anxiety of waiting.
