First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Side.
Customer Service Agent
I did an online assessment that tested my core competencies and language skills. Then I had an interview with a team lead who asked me a bunch of questions, and after that, I interviewed with HR. I got an offer the same week and accepted it.
- How would you deal with particular situations?
Customer Service Agent
After some back and forth emailing, I had an online video questionnaire, followed by a multi-section online competency exam. This exam tested my problem-solving and language skills. The interviewer seemed confused about the agreed-upon times for the interview and tests, and later told me that the tests weren't completed on time.
- Do you think you're a good fit for working remotely?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty chill and involved questions about the industry. They ranged from basic to more advanced. If you're generally capable, you should do fine. Since they're hiring, it means they need people, so spread the word to your friends too. Just make sure you're up-to-date on general computer and video game knowledge and stay confident.
- Could you explain what RAM is?
