The recruiter and the interim onboarding specialist were really good about keeping in touch and making sure I knew what was coming next. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what was going on behind the scenes during the whole process.

It was a pretty standard process with 1 intro call and 3 interviews over 2 weeks. One interview was in-person, the rest were virtual. The company moved quickly, interviewers respected my time, and feedback/next steps were given in real time. I was moved through the process efficiently without being kept in suspense.

I applied and heard back within a day to set up a call. I spoke with the recruiting manager about my background and if I was a good fit. I thought I had another interview with the hiring manager coming up and they'd let me know about scheduling in 24-48 hours. A week went by with no word, so I emailed the recruiting manager. I never heard back. Companies should definitely follow up with candidates.

The hiring process was surprisingly easy until it came to the technical requirements. I had to upgrade my internet twice because my upload speed was 19.18 mbps and they wanted 20 mbps. The onboarding person was really rude and didn't seem to know much about internet speeds, but I need a job, so I tried to stay positive. I'm a bit worried about how it'll be working there if they're already this rude before I even start.
