It was a multi-interview process, quite lengthy. There was a lot of paperwork involved, and the licensing and onboarding were a bit tricky. On the bright side, most of the managers and recruiters I interacted with were really pleasant. Overall, I actually enjoyed the experience and would consider applying again.

I was placed in a room by myself for 30 minutes before they told me they needed to reschedule because the coordinator didn't send out the email confirmation. They said they would reach out when they were ready to reschedule. This was emailed 5 minutes before my interview while I was in the lobby. I never met the interviewer, no questions were asked, and I felt like I was being placated and gaslit the whole time. The whole thing could've been a 5-minute call before I drove out there. I later found out they weren't considering me anymore. I took off work and drove 30 minutes for an interview that just wasted my time. It was the most unprofessional and incompetent experience I've ever had.

I felt like I didn't do a great job of showing I'm a top salesperson, and one of the interviewers was really unprofessional, rolling his eyes and questioning if I'm motivated by money. He ended the interview abruptly. It was off-putting, and even if they offered me the job, I probably wouldn't have taken it. I know I didn't sell my skills well, but the lack of professionalism was a major downside.
