Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. The team I interviewed with virtually was very friendly and professional. Their conversational style made the interview less stressful. I didn't get the job, but I would interview again if given the opportunity.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

They tend to reject qualified applicants and then re-post the same job repeatedly. Initially, I interviewed for the driver recruiter position and completed two rounds, feeling I performed well and was very enthusiastic about it. However, I was then contacted and informed I'd be a better fit for a different role (which paid less and didn't interest me as much), and they scheduled a completely new initial interview for that position. After this interview, the company ghosted me without any feedback. I'm unsure what qualifications they're seeking, as I researched the people I shadowed and interviewed, and my experience and qualifications seemed more than adequate. Now, they've reposted the job for the umpteenth time after six months, prompting this review for anyone considering it.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a panel interview where they asked about my background and the efforts I've made. We specifically discussed how my existing skills and future ambitions would help me become the leader I aim to be. It was a memorable and positive experience. A significant part of my effort went into learning and networking. I felt they were professional and genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Technical Other

The beginning was smooth and informative with live sessions about the place. However, in the final stages, there was a last-minute notice without advance warning, and a lack of communication during the internal phase. Stages were added, and there was ambiguity. It was confusing, there was no feedback within the suggested timeframe, and two pieces of information were contradictory.
