Schneider got in touch a few days after I applied and set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was about 30 minutes long. A few days after that, a recruiter called me in for an in-person interview. This one was rough. It was a panel with three middle managers and lasted an hour. The questions they asked were wild! Like, who asks "what do you do to motivate people?" when you're applying for a customer service job? I've never had to motivate anyone! It was super intimidating, and I felt like they were trying to trip me up. They didn't seem interested in learning about me as a worker or a person, just threw out these weird behavioral questions that don't even relate to the job. I ended up taking another job with a better company that pays more. Schneider never even followed up.

Schneider has a rather long and drawn out interview process. It started with 2 phone interviews. After not hearing anything for several weeks, they asked for a follow up in person interview with a Human Resources rep. Then several weeks later, another final interview with a manager.
