I had two phone calls from a recruiter. The first one was brief, about 7-10 minutes, covering my background, interests, and career goals. Then we set up a second phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes and I felt it went well. I was told I'd either get a call for a face to face or an email saying no. What a waste. I have 15 years sales experience and did not even get a face to face?

I first met the recruiter at a career fair and we set up an in person interview on campus for the next day. It involved basic behavioral questions and going over my resume. Then, I got a call back later that week and they set up a final phone interview with some sales reps who had previously held this position and advanced in the company. This interview was with two reps who asked behavioral questions and went through my resume again. It was a pretty straightforward interview, nothing too challenging.

I had a two step interview process. First, a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and did a shadowing session. After that, we had an office tour to see if it’s a fit. I received an offer the next morning.
