It was all done over the phone, and I received an offer after the second interview. They asked typical questions like describing myself and discussing my strengths and weaknesses. I also inquired about the company culture and found it appealing that they had a whole incoming class of new grads joining in June, which is when I would have started.

So, there were three interviews in total. First two were phone calls, and the last one was in person. You start with a recruiter chat, and if that goes well, you then hop on a call with one of the Sales managers. After that, you head in for an in-person interview where you'll meet with a sales manager, the VP of the office, and then spend about 30 minutes sitting in with an experienced rep.

This was a good interview and a really quick process. The people were easy to talk to. It usually takes about three weeks. They ask you behavioral questions in the second interview and basic questions in the interview with human resources. It took them around 3 weeks total to interview me and give me an answer.
