Account Manager
The interviews are based on the STAR method, so you'll need to share examples of when you used leadership skills to succeed. You'll have several meetings with different departments, and these can be one-on-one or in a panel setting. The interviews can be quite long, sometimes taking up the whole morning or afternoon, depending on the specific job. In some cases, they might also ask you to do some role-playing.
- Could you share an instance where an unexpected issue arose with a project you were managing?
- Describe a scenario where your leadership was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome.
- What steps did you take to address a last-minute problem on a project?
Account Manager
It was a pretty standard interview process. I had several phone interviews and then one over video conference. Everything went well and it was a comfortable experience. I would recommend it to anyone interested in this field.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Account Manager
It was an easy process. You will have 2 interviews and you will be emailed yes or no if you got the job. I was hired and I didn’t take the position. Salary’s is not standard.
- How would you make a difference?
