The process includes a recruiter call, a technical screen, an onsite interview, and then background checks before an offer.

It felt more like a casual and friendly conversation, where each answer naturally flowed into the next question. However, it’s always better to be well-prepared in advance, anticipating possible questions and structuring how you might respond from all angles. This ensures you can confidently handle unexpected follow-ups, cover gaps in knowledge, and present your thoughts in a clear, professional way while keeping the discussion engaging and constructive.

The interview felt really welcoming, and they focused a lot on behavioral questions. It was like a chance to talk about stuff I'd done before and what I'd achieved. They really seemed to like the STAR method for getting into the details of how I handled things. The people interviewing me were easy to talk to, and I could explain my answers well. They made me feel good about sharing my own experiences and thoughts. They asked around ten questions that touched on problem-solving, working with others, dealing with tough spots, and results from projects. It was pretty chill, not like super intense questions, so I could just show what I'm good at and what I've done.

The hiring process was lengthy, mainly due to extended periods of silence from the Talent Acquisition team, lasting for weeks at a time. After eventually securing a second interview, I again faced a lack of communication and was ghosted. My follow-up attempts were also met with silence, leading me to abandon the process after three weeks of no contact. Approximately two months later, I received a generic email stating I was not selected for the position. It was disappointing not to receive a personal call to discuss the outcome, especially since we had spoken at least four times. This lack of courtesy felt disrespectful, particularly as I had another offer and had informed them about needing to coordinate with another company, which seemed to have no impact. The entire experience felt very unprofessional.
