The interview took place in a modern conference room with large windows overlooking the city. The interviewer greeted me warmly and started by asking about my background in digital marketing. We went over different campaigns I had managed, concentrating on the strategies and results. There were some situational questions asking me to describe how I dealt with issues and disagreements in prior projects. The environment was professional but friendly, and I felt comfortable talking about my abilities and successes. The interview ended with a chance for me to ask questions about the company's upcoming projects and team dynamics.
