It was a 3 round process with STAR-style interviews. My 1-up and 2-up leaders conducted the interviews. They really focused on why I wanted to switch jobs and wanted to make sure I had the right industry-specific knowledge. I had to describe how I would handle different scenarios based on my experience.

It was a simple and quick process. I got a call and the interview was scheduled for the very next day. Some of the questions were a bit unusual, but I guess that's typical for a big company. They asked some personality-type questions.

It was a pretty standard process for a big company. I had two online interviews, and then two in-person interviews before they offered me the job. I met different people at each interview, and they were all really friendly and welcoming. They actually flew me to their main office in Melbourne from Brisbane twice for the interviews.
