The interview went well. I spoke with three electrical engineers who are currently in the role. They asked questions that I think HR provided. They were nice people, but the questions were really long, making it hard to catch everything. They did answer my questions though.

HR reached out via email about an opportunity. After agreeing on a suitable date and time, a formal interview was scheduled. I had a single interview round with two senior members of the department. The interview process was quite pleasant, which helped create a comfortable atmosphere for a good discussion.

I applied for the graduate programme in September 2016. I did two online assessments and then HR called me for a phone interview in mid-January. It was a site-based role so there was no face-to-face interview. I got a call 10 days later saying I was successful and they started setting up a medical assessment and online identity verification. In late January, I had a site visit where travel and accommodation were covered. I got to meet the managers and see the site.
