Marketing Operations Manager
The process was confusing from the start. I applied for one job, but the recruiter suggested me for two others. She then scheduled an interview for one of them without telling me which one. After the interview, I tried to get the interviewer's email to send a thank you note, but the email she gave me was incorrect. When I asked her to confirm it, she stopped responding. She had said I'd hear back either way, but that didn't happen.
- Could you describe your current duties in marketing operations?
Graphic Designer
Had a video call with Indeed, then they sent me an unpaid project. They loved my project and wanted a second interview. The interviewer asked to reschedule, so I did. They sent me a personality quiz. Then, 2 hours before the rescheduled interview, they canceled and said they hired someone else. I was blindsided and angry they wasted my time. I asked for feedback on why they didn't finish interviewing me, but got no reply.
- What software are you proficient in?
- What's your motivation for applying for this position?
- Are you interested in volunteering, as we have a foundation?
Analista
- Could you tell me five of your strengths and five of your weaknesses?
- What has been your greatest challenge?
- How do you handle high-pressure situations?
HR Intern
It started with an online interview. First, there was a pre-interview part where they talked about the company, how they work, and everything. Then, the actual interview happened. Those who were selected got the offer letter and were asked to join. After that, there was a 3-day training followed by a 2-month internship.
- As an HR, how would you proceed with hiring me?
- Can you answer some situational questions?
- What is your motivation for joining us?
