I talked with the current office manager and a broker. It was a quick chat because they were initially looking for someone part-time, but there might be more hours later if the brokerage expanded. They didn't have a super defined role yet, so they wanted someone who could adapt and grow with the company.

I only did a test, no interview with a person, he was rude and threw all my test papers into recycle bin in front of me. I understand there were many candidates; however, they shouldn't only consider test to judge a person instead of giving them a chance to display themselves. Do you think people who graduated better university might have better personality or behavior???? I won't buy or sell houses by using your services.

For this role, since it is not a high-level position, the application process has two steps. First, you can submit an online application or your resume in person to the HR office. Second, there will be one interview with the department manager and an HR representative. The interview will include some basic questions about your personality and character, as well as examples of your past work experience.
