First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RE/MAX.
Customer Support Specialist
I had a screening call with the recruiter, then a video interview with two of the managers, followed by a video interview with the director of CS. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get the process to move forward, which I haven't had to do before. After the final interview, they told me when I could expect a decision. The director even said they don't ghost people and would let me know either way. It's been 3 weeks since my final interview and I still haven't heard back from the recruiter about a decision. I emailed them last week and have been ghosted since. All in all, it wasn't a great experience.
