Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RE/MAX.
Agent
The interview process seemed surprisingly good at first, but then I was shocked by the fees and the competitive, car-dealership-like environment. I decided against joining this brokerage due to their attitude, the environment, their limited free training with a required paid program afterwards, and their fees.
- Would you join our team?
Agent
Went through multiple interviews. They communicated well and were upfront about the company's objectives and how things are split. I really liked the interview process and everyone I met. The staff seemed super passionate about real estate and also about the REMAX team. It was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous sales experience?
Agent
The interview was very fluid and pleasant. A good presentation of the proposal. General aspects of the activity and work method are superficially informed. There are gray areas regarding the reality of operations or the management that the particular office decides to apply to its policies or performance metrics.
