Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RE/MAX.
Marketing Assistant
Applied through Indeed and then the hiring manager reached out to me about the job. I got an interview offer really fast, within 4 days of applying, and set up a time to talk pretty quickly after, like 1-2 days. The interview was a phone call.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience and how you think it would enable you to do well in this role?
Marketing Assistant
It was a chill conversation, lots of questions about why things didn't work out at other companies. The recruiter isn't from the real estate company. It's a screening with them, then a conversation like an interview, then you talk to the partners, the ones in charge of the company. But they save some CRUCIAL info for the end, like saying the company is moving near Tapioqueiras (in MESSEJANA) in June or July, which is during the probation period.
- What are your weaknesses, as if the company were amazing?
- Why did you leave your last job?
- When will you graduate?
Marketing
It was a standard interview process. I had three interviews with different brokers, most of which were online. The whole thing took about three weeks. They ended up going with another candidate and let me know.
- Can you tell me about your passion for real estate?
