It was pretty basic. 2 interviews, totally behavioral questions. Nothing technical or specific to real estate. They made an offer the same day as the second interview. Both interviews were in the office. The first was with a senior associate and the last was with two managing partners. Just be persistent and show you really want the job.

It was a super quick interview. They mainly asked about my interest in real estate and what I knew about Re/Max. I also had to go over my resume myself since the interviewer didn't ask me about it.
