Consultant
L'intera esperienza è stata patetica e poco professionale.

Software Engineer
I had a really bad experience with this company. My interview was supposed to be Friday at 12 pm, but nobody showed up and I didn't get any notice. I rescheduled for Monday at the same time, thinking maybe it was a mistake. Again, no contact. When they finally got back to me, they messed up my name and the time, which shows they don't pay attention to candidates or the process. It feels like they don't care about people's time, which is concerning. I'd be careful if you're thinking about interviewing here.

Software Engineer
I had an HR interview, then an interview with a manager, and then with a senior engineer from Randstad Digital. They were quite nice and made me feel comfortable. The hiring process was quite long because after my HR interview, I had to complete a skills assessment. Then I had 2 interviews with Randstad Digital and 2 interviews with the client before getting a job offer.
- I don't remember anymore.
Talent Manager
I had a 30-minute screening call with the recruiter. We introduced ourselves, and they talked about the role and company. Things were going okay until we got to my language skills. The job required C1 French, which I don't have (I'm a beginner, as stated on my CV). The recruiter insisted on 'testing my knowledge,' so they brought in another person who was a native French speaker. In the end, I was told it was a no because of my French skills, which I already knew I lacked. It's still a mystery why I was even invited to the interview in the first place, given my CV clearly stated I'm a beginner in French.
- Could you please introduce yourself, along with your background and experience?
- What is your current level of proficiency in French?
