Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Randstad Digital.
Account Manager
The hiring process didn't consider my experience and wasn't constructive. The job required 3-5 years of experience, and I have 7. I had a first interview with a young recruiter who didn't understand work terms like ARR or BoB and couldn't answer technical questions. Her manager was present but disengaged, looking at another screen. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. They focused solely on my current salary, not my experience, and didn't disclose their offered package. After two weeks of no response, I had to follow up, and they told me I "didn't have enough experience."

Account Manager
Super nice and thorough interview process, shows they have high standards. It was a mix of meeting with managers, hanging out with the team, and doing a presentation. Everyone was super friendly the whole time. We even met up at a cool bar.
- What kind of support do you need?
Account Manager Intern
3 stages, which I think is too much for an intern position - but easy interview and nice persons. Even though it was good, 2 of three times, the person did not show up and I had to find alternatives/ speak with other persons
- What are your learning objectives?
