I had a really bad experience with this company. My interview was supposed to be Friday at 12 pm, but nobody showed up and I didn't get any notice. I rescheduled for Monday at the same time, thinking maybe it was a mistake. Again, no contact. When they finally got back to me, they messed up my name and the time, which shows they don't pay attention to candidates or the process. It feels like they don't care about people's time, which is concerning. I'd be careful if you're thinking about interviewing here.

I had an HR interview, then an interview with a manager, and then with a senior engineer from Randstad Digital. They were quite nice and made me feel comfortable. The hiring process was quite long because after my HR interview, I had to complete a skills assessment. Then I had 2 interviews with Randstad Digital and 2 interviews with the client before getting a job offer.

My interview process dragged on for about three months. First, there was a coding challenge. After that, I got a contract offer without any client interview. Two months later, I had an onsite interview for a role I didn't even apply for and wasn't even qualified for, and then I was rejected. They promised another interview that never happened. It was a waste of three months, and they kept delaying my start date and not paying me, even though it wasn't my fault they couldn't find me a project. Seriously, avoid this company, it's just a body shop.
