I had 3 interviews. The first two were with the talent partner. One was a phone call, and the second was a video call. The exchanges were cordial and of good quality. The third interview was with the business unit manager. They promised to send project topics relevant to my profile, but never followed up. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a normal occurrence with company representatives during interviews.

Interviews took place during a friendly recruitment evening. The first contact was with a recruiter via LinkedIn. The regional director, technical staff, managers, and HR personnel were present at the evening event.

RDV with Ms. X, meet at visitor parking. On the day: couldn't access parking because my name wasn't on the list. Had to find my own parking and walk. Arrived at reception, asked to wait while they contacted Ms. X. Waited 45 mins, then was met by Mr. Y for my interview (Ms. X was absent). The interview was informal and unstructured because Mr. Y didn't know why I was supposed to meet Ms. X. Had a quick second meeting with a sales rep, Mr. Z, to see if I'd fit a future mission. Mr. Z was busy and promised to follow up with colleagues and call me back. No response from X, Y, or Z. Two years later, they contacted me saying my CV caught their attention and asked for a quick meeting.
