There were 3 rounds total. I had a technical interview and an HR discussion, plus a test. The manager led the technical rounds, and then the HR person handled the final interview.

First, a standard phone interview to filter candidates. Then, a group interview. For this interview, you'll need to briefly introduce yourself in 3-4 minutes. After that, they'll present the company for a very long time (over 1h45), followed by a test. The test involves simulating calls to the receptionist of a large company. You have about 3 minutes to get the name and direct number of the IT director by making up a story, but you must not mention the name Ausy or anything related to it. Then, you have 3-4 minutes to try again (same company, same receptionist) using a different lying technique. The final exercise is to try again with the same company but change the last digits of the number to reach someone other than the receptionist. The goal is to get the name and position of these new contacts. The test ends when someone has collected 10 names, numbers, and positions. To conclude, you'll be asked for your thoughts on the interview and the test, and whether you wish to proceed with the recruitment process for a 3rd interview with your future manager. If successful, there will be a final validation interview with the operations director (an executive committee member).
