Behavioral

No transparency after an interview. Asked questions about medium and long-term goals, but ultimately received no response despite follow-ups. A simple negative return without getting into administrative details would have been more effective and respectful than imposing different contacts. I did not appreciate the contact at all, and the negative response was not the cause.

Behavioral Technical

It was a very professional and personable interview in a relaxed environment within a comfortable conference room at their office. The attendees were the head of the department and a salary partner. There were two rounds of interviews. No salary discussion took place in the first interview. The rounds were very close together, and the selection was made in a matter of weeks.

Behavioral Presentation

After applying, I got an invitation for an interview about 1.5 weeks later. The date was arranged via email beforehand and they were flexible with my time constraints. That really impressed me right away, especially since they rescheduled the appointment so I could make it. The interview itself was very pleasant. They introduced the company and outlined the thematic focus areas of the role. Then, we went into detail about my goals and skills and discussed a potential start date. I'm planning to pursue my Master's degree part-time, which also came up in the interview. They frankly explained that this goal might not be compatible with the future workload. I really appreciated this honest approach and was positively impressed by it. It's still undecided if there will be further interviews.
