They will bring you in to meet with usually two partners and two staff accountants. It's a very casual setting. They will also give you a tour of the office. You'll sit down with a couple of staff members as well and get a chance to ask them any questions you might have so you can get a better idea of what to expect if you work here.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was completed in under two weeks. I first encountered the company through campus recruitment. The initial interview involved the partner primarily discussing the company, as awareness was low compared to other public accounting firms. The following day, I received an invitation for an office interview the subsequent week. This office visit was a typical half-day public accounting experience. I was welcomed by a partner and then interviewed by four different employees, including staff, a manager, and an associate partner. I had lunch with two staff members and then discussed further questions with two other staff members. The partner mentioned decisions would be made the following week, but they were actually made the month after. While the people were pleasant, the culture seemed to lack distinct character. Notably, none of the employees responded to emails unless they were related to the office visit, and they wouldn't confirm if I advanced to second-round interviews or received an offer. This was quite frustrating when managing multiple job offers while awaiting their response. Apart from the delay in the final decision, the interview process itself felt smooth and swift.

I interviewed on campus after applying through the campus recruiting website. They did not ask me any professional questions. The interview process was quite casual. However, the review process took a bit longer compared to big 4 companies.
