I was invited to take two tests, one for basic accounting and another for audit knowledge, which took about 40 minutes. After they reviewed my answers (I waited about 10 minutes), I had an interview with three auditors from the branch where they asked about my accounting knowledge, experience, and motivation. Soon after, I got my offer.
