Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rödl & Partner.
Intern
Intern
It was a 70-minute interview. There were some technical questions, but no case study. Overall, it was a very pleasant conversation. My advice is to thoroughly think beforehand about why you want to join R&P specifically, and not the Big 4 or other consulting firms. I also recommend politely asking employees from the department on LinkedIn for 5-minute coffee chats. This is a good way to gather insights and then discuss them in the interview. This way, the interviewers (Partner + Consultant/Examiner) will see that you've put a lot of effort into your preparation.
- Why did you choose us?
Intern
It was a short and informal video chat interview. They responded quickly to my application and were clear about the next steps. Lots of communication via email and behavioral questions were asked.
