DevOps Engineer
The interview process started with an intro, then covered common git commands, git rebase vs git squash, renaming a branch. After that, we discussed mutable vs immutable concepts, specifically if int is mutable and how its value changes if it's not. We then moved to Python, covering dynamic typing, scripting use cases, and a coding question to print i=1 and i=2. Next, we compared Unix vs Linux and a task to print the first char of each line. The design portion involved creating a CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins for CI and GitLab for CD, triggered from the backend via curl POST requests. We also talked about before script and after script, quality gates in SonarQube, and the Sneak security tool, followed by ServiceNow and EKS/ECA.

QA Automation Engineer
My experience at QualiTest was disappointing. The first two rounds went well, and I was feeling good about it. But in the third round, the interviewer was weirdly quiet and answered his own questions. He then accused me of cheating, which was rough – I even showed him my surroundings to prove I wasn't. He seemed okay with that, but since then, I've heard nothing. It's been more than two weeks, and HR has totally ghosted me. No rejection, no feedback, nothing. At the very least, people deserve to know what's up.
- For a given array of strings, determine for each word if its reverse is also present in the array. Output a count of 1 if the reverse exists, and 0 if it doesn't, maintaining the original order.
Dot NET Developer
I usually don't let bad experiences get to me, but I feel this needs to be said - not because I'm bitter, but because I hope companies will start valuing basic respect and professionalism in their hiring process. I passed the first two interview rounds with Qualitest without any issues, and I was feeling good about it. But things took a sharp and disappointing turn when I interacted with their HR. Right before my final discussion, I got a call that was dismissive and disrespectful. It wasn't just uncalled for, it was completely unprofessional and messed with my head before an important conversation. The HR round itself felt like a waste of time. I believe your manager and teammates shape your work culture, not an HR person asking judgmental, baseless questions. Their tone was condescending, their wording rude, and their assumptions downright insulting. Respect isn't a perk, it's a basic right, and the lack of it here was obvious. I decided to turn down the offer. I don't work with people or companies that try to degrade someone's dignity under the guise of an 'evaluation.' If someone lacks basic manners, that's a character issue, not an HR problem. To any company reading this: if your hiring process makes candidates question your integrity and values, you need to assess your culture, not the candidate.

Test Manager
There were two rounds for this interview. The first round was a technical screen where they asked about my previous projects, experience, tech stack, and test strategy. They also delved into RAID logs and success factors. Mentorship and career growth were discussed, along with test automation proposals. The second round was an HR interview focusing on behavioral questions and conflict management.
