I had 3 interviews in total. First was an initial interview, then a technical interview, and finally a cultural interview. All were conducted by different people at the company. The technical interview had 2 managers who asked me several questions to understand my experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
There were two rounds for this interview. The first round was a technical screen where they asked about my previous projects, experience, tech stack, and test strategy. They also delved into RAID logs and success factors. Mentorship and career growth were discussed, along with test automation proposals. The second round was an HR interview focusing on behavioral questions and conflict management.

Had a call with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager, followed by a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. The offer proposal took about 4 days, and then another 3-4 days to negotiate the offer. The whole interview process felt a bit drawn out to set up and finalize.
