My experience at QualiTest was disappointing. The first two rounds went well, and I was feeling good about it. But in the third round, the interviewer was weirdly quiet and answered his own questions. He then accused me of cheating, which was rough – I even showed him my surroundings to prove I wasn't. He seemed okay with that, but since then, I've heard nothing. It's been more than two weeks, and HR has totally ghosted me. No rejection, no feedback, nothing. At the very least, people deserve to know what's up.

it was really good, focusing on technical questions and discussing the roles and responsibilities for the current position. They mainly asked about the tech stack I've used and my programming skills for the role I was being hired for. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and asked relevant questions.

Technical Coding

Had a casual call with talent acquisition. Then there was a coding assessment where I had to build a test automation framework with given scenarios. I think they were looking for a solution and not a complete one, maybe a bit dodgy. Then there was a technical interview discussing my framework solution. The interviewer was unclear with most of the questions and provided incorrect details as answers, which made me question their skills. No decision was made on my application, which is a pathetic process from a company named after Quality 🀣

Confirmed questions1 question
  • skill based and basic technical questions concerning the coding solution
