Scrum Master
So the interview process has like three stages where you talk to a recruiter and then a bunch of hiring managers. First, you have a screening call, then you chat with the technical hiring manager. After that, you interview with the regional manager, and then the last step is meeting with a senior manager. It's a pretty structured way to see if you're good technically and if you'll fit in here.
- Could you outline the different stages of scrum?
Creative Director
The recruiter was initially very responsive, and I had a good chat with the head of creative. After the initial recruiter screening, I went through three more rounds of interviews. The last round included the traffic manager, who made some really rude assumptions and comments about my side hustle. I tried asking some follow-up questions because we ran out of time, but they weren't answered. In the end, the recruiter just ghosted me.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What's your experience with [specific area]?
- How do you approach creative work?
Analyst
The interview process had six rounds. Two of the interviewers were really late, over 10 minutes, which was pretty unprofessional. The person scheduling the interviews canceled and then made a new meeting without checking my availability. If I hadn't noticed the change, I would have missed the new time. The interviews had a lot of behavioral questions, plus questions about career goals and to test skills and technical ability.
- Can you share an instance of a disagreement you had with a colleague?
- Tell me about your career progression.
- What are your skills?
Product Developer
I applied through LinkedIn in mid-September. The first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter in early October. It seemed to go well, and they gave good feedback on my resume and experience. The recruiter wanted to move me to the hiring manager but couldn't access their calendar and said they'd follow up. I sent a thank-you email right after, showing my appreciation and interest in the next steps. After five days with no reply, I sent a casual follow-up. A week later, still nothing, I checked in again about scheduling the next interview. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back at all. It's disappointing to have this silence after being professional. Candidates deserve respect and transparency. Even a simple update matters for mutual respect. There's always room for improvement.
- Could you outline the manufacturing process and the steps to bring a product to market?
