First, I spoke with the manager at Parexel for 30 minutes. She gave me some advice on how to make my resume better before they sent it to the hiring manager for the onsite interview. Then, I had a 1-hour panel interview with the Merck team on-site.

I got referred and got an interview invite two days later. The phone interview went fine, and they said I'd hear back in two weeks. I waited 4 weeks and asked about my application status. They still had nothing to declare. After another 10 days, I asked again and got a rejection email 10 minutes later. The reason given was that they had a lot of applicants and were looking for the best. I understood that (I guess I wasn't good enough) and was okay with it. The weird part is that the job was posted again on LinkedIn the day after I got rejected. Definitely won't waste my time with Paraxel again.
